I have anxiety, and I tend to overthink pretty much everything, so writing down my thoughts and feelings can be really helpful! sometimes it just helps to know I have it written down so I can let go of it without the thoughts being lost or forgotten. other times, the act of thinking and feeling and writing helps me to process. I actually tend to prefer physically writing to typing, but both are therapeutic as long as I don’t put too much pressure on it or build up my expectations too high!
